WHY HAVE DEBIT TRANSACTIONS BEEN DROPPING IN SERVICE?
Large banks and credit card companies have restricted cannabis purchases because marijuana is unfortunately still illegal under federal law. These companies can decide at any point in time to prevent the acceptance of purchases at your local dispensaries.
We have been working with our sales platform partners to find the best ways to work with these banks and card companies. Unfortunately, there is no immediate guarantee that fixes we put into place will be permanent. However, we will continue to be agile to find solutions for you in terms of debit card purchasing.
